Chris Rommel

Award winning caricaturist and nationally published illustrator Chris Rommel graduated with a Bachelor
of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire during the spring of 1999.

Chris actually began his career as a professional caricaturist during the summer of 1998, when he applied for a summer job as a caricaturist at Valleyfair Theme Park in Shakopee, Minnesota. While working there, he received hands-on training and quickly developed the technical skills involved with drawing and airbrushing live caricatures.

Since then, Chris has personally drawn thousands of caricatures at hundreds of locations while working at amusement parks, state fairs, shopping malls, corporate events and private parties. His ability to skillfully capture a humorous likeness of each individual has clients requesting him to return for many annual events.
